Opening Late 2023

We are currently in the process of opening our new retail showroom and service center, located in Rabun Gap, Ga. Absolute Pool & Spa Care, llc will soon be known as Mountain Home Spa Co. With this expansion, we are proud to announce a new selection of high quality Hot Tubs and Swim Spas from several brands including Bullfrog Spas and Sundance Spas, in addition to the full line of spas we currently offer from Dreammaker Spas.

Our new 7k square foot showroom will not only have industry leading premium hot tubs and swim spas on display but also feature a secluded demonstration room so you can try before you buy. We will also offer accessories and chemicals for both pools and spas, free water testing and expert advise from our highly trained technicians and customer service representatives. We are excited to continue to provide the highest quality service in the area and now the highest quality, luxury hot tubs and swim spas in the industry! What brands do you service?

We service and troubleshoot every brand on the market. Our technicians have experience with all types of hot tubs and all brands of pool equipment.

Where does your service area cover?

We are based out of Franklin North Carolina, but we provide hot tub sales, installation and service for the surrounding 60-mile radius, including Highlands, Cashiers, Cherokee, Whittier, Cullowhee, Bryson City, Sylva, Otto, Clayton Ga, Dillard Ga and everywhere in-between. If you're curious if we service your area just contact us below and we will respond right away with an answer.

What is your lead time for troubleshooting and repair?

This greatly varies, however typically we can get out for an initial diagnosis within 2 to 5 days. Please contact us for a more precise lead time, based on your location and needs.

Do you sell Hot Tubs?

We do! Check out what we have available here. We work with several hot tub manufacturers to provide a wide selection of hot tubs. Hot Tubs are in very limited supply right now, so send us a message to tell us what you're looking for and we will help to find a tub that fits your budget and needs, based on what's available. We also provide full installation, training and warranty service after the sale for local customers.

Do you have a retail store?

We do not currently have a retail location. (Coming Soon!) We do however sell hot tubs, chemicals, accessories and much more. Delivered directly to you and installed by our professional techs. Can you help answer basic questions about pool and spa ownership and maintenance?

Of course we can! Visit our Facebook Group and ask your question. Our growing social media community will help to find an answer to any problem you may have. What payment options do you accept?

We accept cash, check, credit or debit cards as well as PayPal, Venmo, Cash app, Facebook Pay and Bitcoin. We also have financing options for larger repair costs. Our billing is electronic, secure and protected by PayPal buyer protection, so we never collect your credit card info, invoices can easily be viewed and paid online.
